• From M58. End of M58, choose ‘Liverpool / Southport/ Ormskirk’, then ‘M58/Liverpool A59’. At lights, follow ‘S’port A5758 / Ormskirk(4th lane from left), then left 2 lanes for ‘Southport A5758/ Formby). Then as for ‘’from Switch Island’ 

• From M57, straight on at Switch Island, Southport A5758/Formby.

• From Switch Island follow A5758 to the roundabout (approx. 2 miles), take the 2nd exit, Southport/Formby A565. In 400m, take the first rt, (Long lane). Turn left at jct on to Lunt Rd. After approx. 1 mile, turn left into Cross Barn Lane. Ince Benet is last drive on the left

• From Southport On the A565, at the Starbucks / Shell garage jct, turn left (s’post Lady Green Garden Centre). Continue for approx. 0.9 miles. After cemetery on rt, take next rt, approx. 150m, into Cross Barn Lane. Ince Benet is last drive on the left

• From Liverpool Follow the A565 (Preston, Southport, Bootle). Continue on the A565, Southport, Crosby, Bootle. In Crosby, turn rt to follow ‘Southport, Formby, Thornton, A565’; continue on A565 at the roundabout. At the next roundabout, take the first exit (A565). In 400m, take the first rt, (Long lane). Turn left at jct on to Lunt Rd. After approx. 1 mile, turn left into Cross Barn Lane. Ince Benet is last drive on the left

Nearest train connection is Blundellsands and Crosby, on the Northern line of Mersey rail. From there, walk to St. Luke’s Rd, Crosby and take the 47 bus to the Round House (8 stops); continue walking for 0.4. miles. Cross Barn Lane is on the right.
